Sex and sexuality is a part of being human even when it is not going as you would hope.  

Many people receive very limited sex education and confusing messaging about sex and sexuality from their family, schools, and community. It is expected therefor that one might face challenges in their experiences with sex and sexual relationships. Maren hopes to create a judgement-free and safe space for clients to discuss topics that may feel taboo to talk about with the people in their lives. Maren is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and can provide education, support, and strategies to help you find joy in your sex and sexuality.

Maren is passionate about supporting erotically marginalized individuals and unique relationship structures. This includes but is not limited to working with LGBTQIA+, Ethically Non-Monogamous, and/or Polyamorous individuals and families. She is comfortable engaging in conversations about kink/BDSM. She has experience supporting gender expansive clients and those who are exploring their gender identity. If you fall into one of these categories, it is essential to the therapy process to have a therapist who is educated, competent, and comfortable working with these themes and topics.
